WHAT IS NOCTURNE’S REFUND POLICY?

Refunds for canceled or returned products are typically processed using the original payment method. Please be aware that products returned after 14 days of purchase cannot be refunded. Exchange on reduced items is allowed within 7 days and refund is not accepted.

Items that are worn, used, altered, damaged, or lack original labels will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. After-sales service for www.nocturne.ae or in-store purchases is provided by Nocturne Customer Care. For products bought elsewhere, contact the respective business directly. Personalized items and unsealed goods are not eligible for refunds.

HOW DO YOU EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?


For online purchases, you can only request a change in store, for UAE Only. Exchange Nocturne purchases within 14 days, with the product in original packaging, tags attached, and proof of purchase. Note, certain items like perfumes, cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear, underwear, jewelry, and socks are non-exchangeable. Exchange on reduced items is allowed within 7 days and refund is not accepted.

HOW DO YOU REFUND A PRODUCT?


We hope that you'll love all the pieces you receive from Nocturne, otherwise, you can return the purchased items within 14 days from the date of purchase. Exchange on reduced items is allowed within 7 days and refund is not accepted. Please note that some products are not refundable such as ; perfumes, swimwear, undergarments and jewelries, with an exception of receiving the wrong products or the items arrive damaged.

For online returns, use the original courier or choose another for collection. Complete and attach the provided returns form to avoid delays; processing takes 7 days. For an immediate online refund, visit our store with products, proof of purchase, and the returns form. Note that credit card refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank policy. In-store purchases in the UAE can be returned instantly with the original product packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
