WHAT IS NOCTURNE’S REFUND POLICY?

Refunds for canceled or returned products are typically processed using the original payment method. Please be aware that products returned after 14 days of purchase cannot be refunded. Exchange on reduced items is allowed within 7 days and refund is not accepted.

Items that are worn, used, altered, damaged, or lack original labels will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. After-sales service for www.nocturne.ae or in-store purchases is provided by Nocturne Customer Care. For products bought elsewhere, contact the respective business directly. Personalized items and unsealed goods are not eligible for refunds.

If you have received wrong products or the damaged products in your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care team right away +971 54 331 0059 or email us at wecare@nocturne.com.tr and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

HOW DO YOU EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?


For online purchases, exchanges can only be requested in-store (UAE only). Nocturne purchases may be exchanged within 14 days, provided the product is in its original packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase presented.

Please note that certain items are non-exchangeable, including perfumes, cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear, underwear, jewelry, and socks. Exchange on reduced items is allowed within 7 days; refunds are not accepted on reduced items.

If you wish to arrange the return from your address, you may use any courier company of your choice. Kindly note that all courier and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW DO YOU REFUND A PRODUCT?

We hope that you'll love all the pieces you receive from Nocturne. However, you may return your purchased items within 14 days from the date of purchase. Exchange on reduced items is allowed within 7 days, and refunds are not accepted on reduced items.

Please note that certain products are non-refundable, such as perfumes, swimwear, undergarments, and jewelry, except in cases where the wrong item was received or the product arrived damaged.

For online returns, you may use the original courier or choose another courier service for collection. If you prefer to arrange a pickup from your address, you may use any courier company of your choice. Kindly note that all courier and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To avoid delays, please complete and attach the provided returns form. Processing may take up to 7 days. For an immediate online refund, you may visit one of our stores with the products, proof of purchase, and the completed returns form. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policy.

For in-store purchases within the UAE, returns can be processed instantly upon presenting the product in its original packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase.
