Nocturne offers varied options for delivery in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across United Arab Emirates.  Delivery within 2-3 business days within Dubai and 3-4 business days in other Emirates. Once your order is ready, our courier partner will contact you for the drop- off on your most convenient time. Shipping is free for orders AED 400 and above and for orders AED 399 and below shipping cost of AED 15 will be added to your bill at check out. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

IS YOUR DELIVERY DELAYED?

We work hard to make sure that you receive your order delivered as promised. But from time to time because of the high volumes of orders, we are not able to ship your order in time. In such cases, you will be informed by email of the estimated delay.

If you are experiencing  a delay with an order and require support or an information, you can contact with us and we will provide you with an information within 24 hours.

HOW DO YOU VIEW YOUR ORDER HISTORY?

A benefit of creating an account with Nocturne’s is that you can look at your order history at any moment from the “My Orders” section of your account.

WHY IS YOUR ORDER DIVIDE INTO PARTIAL DELIVERIES?

We sometimes ship your favorite products from different locations so to ensure that we get your products to you as soon as possible, we sometimes have to divide your order into 2 or more shipments.

In these cases, we inform you that your order will be arriving in multiple shipments. You will be able to track these shipments separately through the “My Orders” section in your account, or by searching your order number and email address if you’re a guest user.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR AN EXISTING ORDER?

We can not accommodate a change in address after your order has been shipped.

Nevertheless, if you do want to change your delivery address, please get in touch with us right away and our customer care team will update you on whether there’s time to make the request before shipping.

CAN YOU GET YOUR ORDERS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery to multiple shipping addresses within the same order.

If you want to have some items delivered to a different address, you may place two separate orders to different delivery addresses.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOUR DELIVERY IS MISSING, INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED?

If your order has been delivered and some items are missing, or you received damaged products, please contact with us and we will solve the issue within 48 hours.
