WHAT IS NOCTURNE'S RETURN POLICY?

Full price items can be refunded and is processed using the method you used to make payment. Please note that Refund will be process for full price products return within 14 days of reception or purchase. Items on sale or under promotion can be exchange within 5 days of reception or purchase. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or missing original labels will not be accepted. Kindly note that shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable. Nocturne Customer Care provides after sales service for purchases made at www.nocturne.ae or at our Nocturne stores. For purchases made elsewhere, you can directly contact the business where the product(s) was purchased. Personalised merchandise and sealed goods which were unsealed after the delivery, are not eligible for a refund. We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected.

WHAT IF YOU'VE RECEIVED DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS?

HOW DO YOU REFUND A PRODUCT?

We hope that you'll love all the pieces you receive from Nocturne otherwise, you can return full price items within 14 days of reception or purchase. Items on sale or in promotion  can be exchange within 5 days of reception or purchase and no refund. All items can be return with the exception on these products; perfume, swimwear, undergarments and jewelries. 

For online purchases, Log in to your account www.nocturne.ae. Kindly follow the next steps:

  •   Log in to your account www.nocturne.ae go to Orders page.
  • Click on Return and Select the reason for return. For your refund to be eligible, items should have been paid at a full price and purchased within 14 days. 
  • Then click Submit.
  • Request for collection of your products from the same courier company that your products got delivered by or you can contact the courier company of your choice. Collection charges will be paid by customer.
  • To avoid delays, please ensure returned ıtems are in their original packaging with the price tags attached and the proof of purchase receive with your order. Upon receiving your purchased item, we will check the eligibility of the refund with the following conditions:

Refund will be processed within 24 hours. For an immediate refund process on your online purchase, you can visit our store with the product and proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you. Please note for credit card refunds, it may take up to 7-14  days for the amount to be credited back to your account, depending on your bank policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

For store purchases, you can visit again our branch with the product on its original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. The team will complete the return process instantly. (Valid for UAE only)

HOW DO YOU EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

You can exchange a full price product within 14 days of reception or purchase. Items on sale or in promotion can be exchange within 5 days of reception or purchase. For the exchange to be process, product must be in it’s original packaging with tags attached and proof of purchase must be shown. Please note that some products are not exchangeable such as; perfume, cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear, undergarments and jewelleries. 

You can use the following options to do the exchange:

a) Visit our branches Dubai Mall and Dubai Hills Mall. For purchases made online and in-store. Our team will check the eligibility of the exchange. On the following conditions:

  • Items paid at full price are returned within 14 days of reception or purchase.
  • For sale or promotional products, items are returned within 5 days of reception or purchased.
  • Items is on its original packaging with price tags and accessories attached.
  • Item is in good condition ,unused,unscented,unwashed and unaltered.

b) Log in to your account www.nocturne.ae. Kindly follow the next steps:

  • Go to Orders page.
  • Click on Return and Select the reason for return. For your exchange to be eligible, items must be returned within 14 days from reception or purchase for full price items and 5 days for sale and items on promotion.
  • Then click Submit. 
  • Contact us to review your exchange request and product availability, email us at wecare@nocturne.com.tr , WhatsApp or call us at +971 54 331 0059. We are available daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (GST).
  • The team will advice you to visit the Nocturne website and select the items or sizes you like to take in exchange against your original purchase. 
  • Proceed with the payment at checkout. Kindly be guided that you need take an item with the same amount or more than the price of the  product you want to exchange. In the event that the item you take is lesser than the original purchase amount, price difference will not be refunded or return in any form of payment.  
  • Request for collection of your products from the same courier company that your products got delivered by or you can contact the courier company of your choice. Collection charges will be paid by customer

The team will process your exchange and you will receive your new items within 2-3 business The mount paid form the original purchase will be credited back to your account with 7-14 business, depending on your bank policy. Shipping charges non-refundable.
